About the Villa
Nestled at the end of quaint road lined with groves of coconut trees, the villa has been designed in stepped levels to blend into the cascading rice terraces that surround it. The architectural style of the buildings feature a mix of both contemporary and traditional elements with flat green roofs and open pavilions allowing for magnificent 180 degree views over rice terraces and providing our guests with the perfect balance of nature and comfort.
The gardens of Teras Divya include orchards of tropical fruits, an organic herb and vegetable garden and expansive green lawns making it the ideal choice for small groups of family or friends, special occasions and tailored retreats.
Teras Divya pledges to tread lightly by minimizing our environmental footprint. We aim to manage our waste efficiently by recycling and avoiding the use of plastic products and packaging whenever possible. Working together with local companies, Teras Divya uses local products wherever possible to support the community in Kelusa and nearby villages.
